We designed these telescopic masts to help determine the sightlines & potential view obstructions of proposed buildings.

There are 2 masts in a set and each is fully height adjustable up to 16 meters. Strings with highly visible marks are strung between the masts, exactly positioned to represent all the relevant points of the proposed building's 'skyline'. A surveyor verifies that all points are as per proposed plan, then photos and other surveys can be taken to show a verifiable representation of the potential obstruction the new building may be.
